Saying as it is. Last month we got invited by Hotel Indigo Brussels, to stay in their beautiful hotel! Little did we know it was pride weekend in Brussels and that the hotel was this perfect for us!

We took the train in Eupen and traveled to Brussels. We only had to walk a few minutes before we arrived at Place de Rogier. We quickly spotted the hotel & it’s restaurant entrance. Our first impression when we walked in was: ”This place is perfect for drinks & photos”. And that’s what we did! We first checked in, took the elevator and entered the gorgeous hallway! I (Sanne) immediately had to take all the pictures I could take. We entered our room and were stunned by the space of it. Both of us never stayed in such a big room and it all looked fancy and perfectly coordinated by colors and fabric.

First things first: coffee & a change of clothes. We then went down into the lobby and met up with the team that invited us. We had such a good interview/talk that we completely forgot about the time! We had made reservations at the hotel restaurant and were very hungry. We said bye to our hosts & got our table.

Since it was pride weekend, the hotel had made a pride cockatail that we ofcourse had to try. We enjoyed our dinner very much. Everything was seasonal, eco-friendly & authentic. Michèle was particulary happy since most of the dishes were vegetarian.

After dinner we went back to our room to freshen up yet again & we decided it would be good to check the party scene of Brussels. It only took us about 10 minutes and we were in the middle of the center with bars & clubs! We danced a bit, tried some new beers and went home not too late.

We installed ourselves into the huge and comfortable bed. We both slept so well! Eventhough we had the view on the square, we didn’t hear anything! As we woke up we enjoyed the shower & our room a bit longer before heading downstairs for breakfast.

The breakfast had anything you could have ever wanted. Lactose-free options, gluten-free options, veggie, vegan, meat, sweet, savoury, healthy, less healthy, fresh juices, detox water, warm, cold, everything! We were really enthusiastic and enjoyed the food options to the fullest.

Unfortunately then the time came to pack our bags and check out. Not before we snapped a few pictures for our social media and this blogpost! This place is super ”instagrammable” with all it’s cute corners, plants, books & nice spaces.

Overall our stay was absolutely perfect! We had the best time (not lying) and can only recommend the hotel. If you do not want to stay then I would recommend to have lunch, dinner or drinks there as the atmosphere is awesome!

Thanks again to the team of Hotel Indigo Brussels for having us! We would love to come back someday!
